Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of Growth with 150 AI conversations. No card needed. At the end, choose a plan, or the workspace becomes read-only and we keep your data for 30 days.
Usage
Each plan includes a set number of AI conversations a month. Your team’s own conversations are not limited.
One AI conversation is a visitor conversation in which Askbridge sends at least one AI answer. It counts once in the billing period, however many questions the visitor asks (up to 30 AI answers in one conversation, to prevent abuse).
We email the owner at 80% of the allowance. At 100%, AI answers pause and the widget offers a person or the message form; chat with your team keeps working. Nothing breaks and there is no surprise bill.
Optional and opt-in: £15 for 500 more AI conversations, valid for the current billing period, on an active paid plan. Or move to a bigger plan at any time.
Each workspace also has a daily cap on AI processing, which protects you from scripted traffic. You can switch the AI off at any time; the widget then works as live chat with your team.
