Askbridge by Vitalos.
Askbridge is built and run by Vitalos Technologies, a UK technology consulting and engineering firm.
Why we built it.
We first built an assistant for our own website. It answered visitors from our published pages, showed where each answer came from, and passed the conversation to one of us when it should. It worked because it was careful: it would rather say “I don’t know, let me get someone” than guess.
The tools we looked at for small businesses either charged per AI answer, kept data outside the UK, or needed a project to set up. Askbridge is our answer to that: flat prices in pounds, data stored in London, answers with sources, and a hand-off to a named person on your team.

We say what Askbridge does not do yet, and where data is processed, including the parts outside the UK.
People first
The AI takes the first answer. Your team takes it from there, with full context.
Predictable
A flat monthly price, an allowance you can see, and no charge for hand-offs.
