Conversations, your knowledge and backups are stored in London on every plan, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Kept apart
Each business has its own workspace. The database itself keeps workspaces separate, and this is tested on every change.
Roles and audit
Owners, admins and agents have different permissions. Important actions are logged.
What the AI sees.
Redacted first
Email addresses, phone numbers, card and bank details are removed by pattern matching before a question reaches the model. This catches common formats but cannot catch everything. Contact details you collect and IP addresses are never sent.
No training on your data
Neither we nor our AI provider, Anthropic, train models on your content or conversations.
You stay in control
Switch the AI off at any time and the widget becomes live chat with your team.
Some providers, including the AI model, process data outside the UK. The full list of sub-processors and the data processing agreement are provided when you sign up.
